Return and Cancellation Policy


  • WE TAKE EXTRA CARE AT THE TIME OF PACKING THE PRODUCT. SO IT IS HIGHLY IMPROBABLE TO DELIVER DAMAGED PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMERS. HOWEVER, WE ARE ALWAYS HAPPY TO ACCEPT RETURN OF THE PRODUCT IF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT SUSTAINS ANY DAMAGE IN-TRANSIT. AS WE HAVE SEEN HASTY ORDERS PLACED BY SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS WE ARE FORCED TO MENTION THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT. WE REQUEST OUR CUSTOMERS TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT .

  • CUSTOMER SHALL RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT.
  • CUSTOMERS ARE REQUESTED TO ABSTAIN FROM MAKING HASTY ORDERS

  • CUSTOMER SHALL MAKE A VIDEO OF UNBOXING THE CONSIGNMENT ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED TO YOU.THE VIDEO SHALL BE MADE WITHOUT ANY CUTS AND THE ENTIRE PRODUCT SHALL BE VISIBLE IN THE VIDEO SO AS TO IDENTIFY THE DAMAGE OF THE PRODUCT. THE VIDEO SHALL BE SEND TO THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IMMEDIATELY AFTER REGISTERING THE RETURN OF PRODUCT.

  • CUSTOMER SHALL NOT REMOVE THE TAG ATTCAHED TO THE PRODUCT IF THE PRODUCT IS TO BE RETURNED. THE CUSTOMER SHALL SEND BACK THE ENTIRE CONSIGNMENT IN THE SAME STATE AS IT IS DELIVERED.

  • CUSTOMERS MAY KINDLY NOTE THAT THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED BY US ONLY IF THE DELIVERED PRODUCT IS DAMAGED.

  • CUSTOMERS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN ORDER CANCELLATION. ONCE ORDER IS PLACED IT WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS.
